Basic Steps to Exhibiting at the 2009 AHCA/NCAL Expo:
STEP 1- Reserve and Pay For Your Booth
Reserve Your Booth by Fax or Mail:
Complete the Exhibit Space Application and Contract and either:
- Fax to (202) 842-9806. All faxed copies must provide complete credit card information.
- Mail with your required payment to:

STEP 2- Receive Confirmation via e-mail from AHCA/NCAL Exhibits-Vendor Relations
Your booth purchase confirmation will contain your invoice showing payment and booth number. You will also receive a copy of the Exhibitor Checklist for your records.
STEP 3- Register Your Booth Personnel
Register your exhibit booth staff after you receive a welcome letter via e-mail from Convention Management Resources (CMR), our registration and housing company. The letter will contain a link to a secure registration web page exclusive to the 2009 AHCA/NCAL Annual Convention & Expo. You can only log into the page using a unique user ID and password included in the letter. Each 10 x 10 booth purchase entitles the exhibitor to three (3) complimentary booth staff registrations with access to the Expo hall during move-in, move-out, show hours and to all general education sessions and non-ticketed events. Additional booth staff registrations can be purchased at $135 each and all registrations can be upgraded to earn CEUs for an additional $100. All registration inquiries should be directed to CMR Customer Care via e-mail or call (866) 227-1876 (US & Canada) or (415) 979-2098 (Local & International), Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST.
STEP 4- Reserve Exhibitor Housing Online
You can also reserve housing for exhibit booth staff through a downloadable housing form you can fax to CMR. All housing inquiries should be directed to CMR Customer Care via e-mail or call (866) 227-1876 (US & Canada) or (415) 979-2098 (Local & International), Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST.
STEP 5- Review the Exhibitor Service Kit Online
The Exhibitor Service Kit contains vital information regarding the 2009 AHCA/NCAL Expo: Freeman (the show’s General Service Contractor) contact information, schedules, services, material transportation, carpet and furniture rental.

NOTE: Double Time rates will apply during the move-in on Sunday, October 4, 2009.
All exhibits must be fully installed by 10:00 a.m., Monday, October 5, 2009.
