The November weather in Palos Verdes, CA can reach the upper 70’s during the day and drop to the high 50’s in the evening. Shorts, khakis, and polo shirts work well for men, while capri pants, and lightweight dresses are suitable for the ladies. Be sure to pack a light jacket for when the weather changes.
Room Rates/Taxes:
Take advantage of the special group rate of $275.00 per night, single or double occupancy plus appropriate tax and service charges. This rate does not include a discounted daily, per room resort fee of $10.00. The resort fee includes unlimited in-room high speed internet access, wireless and wired, in guest room and all public space (not meeting space); transportation to resort venues and Trump National Golf Course/ Los Verdes Country Club/ Shopping/Tennis within 5 miles of resort; trained naturalists for guided tours; full access to fitness center and daily yoga and pilates classes. Optional services, such as baggage handling, room attendant, room delivery, Golf bag handling and overnight parking and other unspecified hotel and guest services will be billed to individual guest rooms. The rate will be offered for three days prior to and after the conference dates based on hotel availability.
Reservations must be made by Friday, October 14, 2011. Early reservations are encouraged as there are a limited number of rooms available. AHCA/NCAL will not hold the room block beyond the hotel deadline mentioned above. Reservation requests made after this hotel deadline will be based on availability at the prevailing rate determined by the hotel. Reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Cancellations must be done seven (7) days prior to the individual arrival date to avoid a penalty fee for the first and last night’s room and tax.
