The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently provided AHCA with an advance copy of the revised surveyor guidance for F325 – Nutrition, and F371 – Sanitary Conditions. CMS also provided a PowerPoint training presentation for each F tag guidance (F325 and F371). The effective date for the new guidance is September 1, 2008.
