- St. Gertrude's is connected to St. Francis Regional Medical Center, a state-of-the-art, full service hospital. This eliminates the need for transportation and allows residents to access a vast array of medical services all under one roof.
- St. ertrude's provides state-of-the-art health care to help patients and residents achieve their highest functional level in the shortest period of time. A full range of restorative care services under the direction of a dedicated physician and a consulting physiatrist is provided daily. Transitional care services for patients recovering from surgery or illness include; physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and wound care
- St. Gertrude's approach to care is patient-centered. Three times per week, therapists, nursing staff and dieticians meet with every patient to enhance communication and ensure that each component of the patient's treatment is coordinated.
