The National Quality Award program logo may be used by the American Health Care Association (AHCA), National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL), its approved contractors/vendors and State Affiliate members. Recipients may use the program logo when a year and level specific logo is not available, but must indicate which level award was received (Bronze, Silver or Gold) and which year it was received in. Any other organizations and individuals should not use the Quality Award logo, other materials or objects that incorporate the logo without prior approval from AHCA/NCAL.
