Population Health Management Summit, now is the time. It takes place December 6-7 in Washington, DC, and, in addition to excellent guest speakers and timely education sessions, the PHM Summit offers a unique structured networking opportunity in which you can meet and talk to people who are thinking about and getting involved in the same areas of PHM as you. Join your peers to share successes, lessons learned, challenges, ideas, and next steps concerning provider-owned special needs plans.
OPTION 3: Provider-Owned Networks
Facilitated by Ted LeNeave, Chief Executive Officer & Founder, Accura HealthCare and Lisa Toti, President, Accura HealthCare.
This networking session is for those that participate or have an interest in provider-owned networks, which are advancing opportunities and outcomes for value-based care contracts across multiple states and growing.
