The 72nd AHCA/NCAL Convention & Expo begins on Sunday, October 10. If you haven’t yet registered, now is the time.
The
Opening and Closing General Sessions present a special opportunity to be back together, to grieve, laugh, cry, remember, and celebrate each other. Nursing home and assisted living workforce will each be honored. General sessions speakers will give short, powerful LED Talks, sharing their personal experiences with COVID-19.
You’ll be inspired by the speakers and by each other over the four
days of learning and reconnecting. You can earn up to 15.5 CEs with more than 65 sessions in 16 tracks of learning.

A Night of Inspiration: 2021 Gala & PAC Concert, the last event of convention and a great way to unwind with your colleagues. Enjoy a fun and relaxed dinner outdoors with live entertainment. Open to all, this is a separate ticketed event and can be added when you purchase a
registration package.
This year’s entertainment is Michael Cavanaugh, known as the new voice of the American Rock & Roll Songbook and made famous for his piano/lead vocals in the Grammy and Tony award-winning Broadway musical Movin’ Out. Handpicked by Billy Joel himself, Cavanaugh evokes a style rivaling the Piano Man. In addition to all of Billy Joel's songbook, Cavanaugh delivers hits from Elton John, Queen, Cheap Trick, and many others.

A Note on Safety Protocols:
AHCA/NCAL is committed to your safety during our 72nd Convention & Expo.
All registrants who attend in person are required to participate in a 2-step process developed in conjunction with our official health & safety partner, Accushield.
- Accept a liability waiver.
- Provide proof you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. To be considered fully vaccinated, you must be two weeks past your second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer or Moderna) or two weeks past a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson/Janssen).
Once you register, your confirmation will include instructions on how to complete the 2-step health clearance process, including a link to the liability waiver and vaccination proof documentation form. Please note completion of this process for each individual registrant, plus a daily on-site health clearance, is required to participate in person at the Convention & Expo.
