Over the breath of his career, Roberts has covered a wide variety of stories. In 2018, he notably contributed to Fox News Channel’s (FNC) special live coverage surrounding President Trump’s trip to Europe as well as the United States and North Korea summit that took place in Singapore. Roberts also followed and reported on the GOP side of the 2016 presidential election. He has provided live coverage during numerous breaking news and political events, including the 2012 and 2016 presidential debates, Democratic and Republican national conventions, and Hurricane Irene. Prior to joining FNC, Roberts co-anchored CNN's American Morning from 2007 to 2010, and before that he spent 14 years with CBS News. He has interviewed numerous prominent figures, including former presidents George W. Bush and Bill Clinton, former vice president Al Gore, the late Yitzhak Rabin, and Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf.
