2021 Silver Quality Award Recipients Announced

On June 24, the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) announced the recipients of the 2021 Silver - Achievement in Quality Award.

This year, 50 skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), 13 assisted living communit​ies (ALs), and one SNF/AL in 28 states achieved the Silver Award. A full list of the 2021 recipients is available on the AHCA/NCAL Quality Award website.

The Silver Award is the second of three distinctions possible through the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program, a comprehensive organizational assessment and recognition program for long term care providers. Each application is reviewed and judged against a set of nationally recognized standards for achieving excellence.

Gold Award applicants will be notified on August 6.

The awards will be presented during AHCA/NCAL’s 72nd Convention & Expo in National Harbor, Maryland (outside Washington, DC) which will be held from October 10-13, 2021.
