David Gachanja is one of the 45,000 dedicated caregivers working on the frontline of the COVID-19 pandemic to protect and care for the Commonwealth’s nursing home residents. David is a Certified Nursing Assistant at Beaumont Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Worcester and has been a CNA for over 20 years.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, David graciously offered his home to his colleagues who were fearful of potentially spreading COVID-19 to their own family members. David provides vital hands-on care and companionship to his residents and his generosity, compassion and dedication are just a few reasons why he is a frontline hero.
