New Quality Award Examiner Training Program Designed for Observers

​​​​The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Examiner Program has a new opportunity available to members and nonmembers to learn about the Baldri​​ge Criteria and how to be an Examiner. We are inviting observers to join the 2021 Review Cycle pre-training and training by December 31.

This is a fully virtual experience, requiring approximately 10 hours of learning and observation.

  • Learn more about the Quality Award application review process;
  • Gain knowledge in organizational assessment;

2021 Observer Program Timeline
  • ​January 4th- February 5: Complete self-paced, virtual pre-training 
  • February 8th: Attend a virtual live opening session 
  • February 8- February 26: Complete weekly learning and activities with assigned team 
  • February 26th: Attend virtual live closing session
