The submission deadline for the Skilled Nursing Facility Quality Reporting Program (SNF QRP) is fast approaching. All data must be submitted no later than 11:59 PM on May 15, 2025. This includes:
- Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessment data for October 1 through December 31, 2024 (Q4 2024).
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) COVID-19 Vaccination Coverage among Healthcare Personnel measure data for October 1 through December 31, 2024 (Q4 2024).
- The annual NHSN Influenza Vaccination among Healthcare Personnel Measure is also due with this deadline.
It is recommended that providers run applicable Internet Quality Improvement and Evaluation System (iQIES)/NHSN analysis reports prior to each quarterly reporting deadline to ensure that all required data has been submitted.
Recommended iQIES reports include:
- The SNF QRP Provider Threshold Report, and
- The SNF QRP Review and Correct Report.
