All attendees should have received an e-mail with your login and password. These will allow you to access the system, complete your session evaluations, and print your CEU certificates.

Winter Weather Update - February 7, 2010
As many of you are aware, there has been a significant snowstorm in the DC and Baltimore area over the weekend. After careful consideration and much discussion, we have decided that the 2010 AHCA/NCAL Quality Symposium will go on as scheduled. Here is some key information for all registrants:
- It is our understanding that flights into Baltimore will resume on Monday, February 8th.
- We have been in contact with the symposium speakers and understand that most of the speakers will be in attendance. However, flight issues may cause some modifications in the education schedule. Please check in at the registration desk for conference materials including a modified schedule.
- When you arrive in Baltimore, please plan to join us for a Welcome Reception from 6:30pm – 7:30 pm on Monday evening.
- If your travel plans are interrupted and you are unable to attend the Quality Symposium, please notify us via e-mail (rsantiago@ahca.org). We will be reviewing our cancellation policy and refund options and will contact those who had to cancel by the following week.
- If you are unable to make it to Baltimore - Please be sure to call the hotel to cancel your hotel reservations. The hotel phone number is: 410-385-3000. AHCA/NCAL staff will NOT cancel room reservations and cannot be responsible for any penalties incurred should you fail to cancel your reservation.
