Working short-staffed, not having enough supplies, and challenging resident and staff behaviors can all lead to frustration, stress, and tension.  When frustration, stress, and tension are high - a perfect storm is created. This storm is the possibility for bullying, eating our young, and lateral workplace violence to occur.  During this webinar, we will identify what bullying and lateral violence are - and what can be done to reduce the risk of this in the workplace through self-care and stress-reduction techniques.  This webinar event will also explore the benefits of an employee assistance program.
