Hotel Reservations & Travel
Make Your Reservations Early! To make your hotel reservations, call the Hyatt Regency Washington directly at 888-421-1442.
Room Rates/Taxes: Take advantage of the AHCA/NCAL group rates of $279.00 per night single or $304.00 per night double occupancy plus appropriate tax and service charges. Reservations must be made by May 17, 2010. Reservation requests made after this hotel deadline will be based on availability at the prevailing rate determined by the hotel. The hotel requires a first night deposit of room and tax to guarantee accommodations.

General Information
Registration Fee: The conference registration fee is complimentary to AHCA/NCAL Members and Non-Members, and their spouses, and is accepted on a first-come basis. All registrations include continental breakfast, networking lunch, and networking/cocktail reception. The registration deadline is May 28, 2010.
Substitutions/Cancellatons: If you cannot attend the conference, then please cancel your registration as a courtesy in order to control our food expenses. Substitutions and cancellations must be made in writing via fax to 202-898-6302, or e-mail meetings.
Conference Attire: Business attire is suitable for all meetings, sessions, and receptions. Please remember to bring a sweater or jacket for air-conditioned rooms.
Scheduling Meetings with Members of Congress: We highly encourage you to set up your own meetings with your Members of Congress for Wednesday, June 9, 2010. Once you have scheduled a meeting, use our online form to tell us your scheduling information so we can have materials ready for your visit and have an AHCA lobbyist attend with you if needed. If you have trouble setting up your own meetings or are unfamiliar with setting up meetings with Members of Congress, email us and someone will assist you in scheduling a meeting with your legislator.
