All changes and new registrations must be processed onsite in the Registration area located in the Mandalay Bay Foyer of Mandalay Bay Hotel.
Staying within the official AHCA/NCAL housing block will result in registration fees that are discounted by $100. The higher registration fee will be shown/charged until housing is booked within the official AHCA/NCAL housing block—at which time the $100 discount will be applied/deducted from your registration fee. If housing is booked in the official AHCA/NCAL housing block and later canceled the additional $100 registration fee will be automatically charged. Not for Profit Leadership Training Seminar, DD Day and Guest packages are not eligible for the $100 registration discount.

Full meeting cancellations must be faxed in writing to 415–293–4743 or sent via e-mail to ahcareg@cmrus.com. Refunds will NOT be issued for cancellations received on or after September 9.
