Welcome from the NCAL Chair!
Dear Attendees:
As the new Chair of NCAL, it is my privilege to invite you to attend the NCAL 2012 Spring Conference in New Orleans. This event will mark NCAL’s first stand-alone educational event. Each year, a specific theme or issue will set the stage for an intense learning and networking experience for attendees.
NCAL realizes that time away from your businesses, residents, and family is a sacrifice and we are determined to exceed your expectations. Yes, there will be fun, but more importantly, you will leave New Orleans with a better understanding of risk management in assisted living and the steps you can take now to protect your community and the staff and residents who live or work within its walls.
I would like to thank you for considering a trip to New Orleans this March and look forward to working with you to better the assisted living profession.
Sincerely,
Mike Shepard
