NCAL is committed to measurably improving the quality of care provided in assisted living through efforts such as the Quality Initiative for Assisted Living and the National Patient Safety Organization for Assisted Living.
To help determine our profession’s progress, NCAL conducts an annual survey on performance measures. This year marks the sixth year that NCAL is collecting performance data on important quality improvement areas including community operations, employee satisfaction and development.
Last year, approximately 23% of NCAL's membership completed this vital survey. With your help, we hope to exceed that number this year and further increase the validity of our findings. The data that NCAL collects supports the assisted living profession’s advocacy efforts on state and national levels.
This survey has been shortened to 10 questions and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. NCAL asks that you please complete the survey by October 31, 2015.
