By 2030, that number is estimated to increase to 3.4 million. Caregivers and other workers in the long term care community truly improve the lives of millio​ns of seniors and individuals with disabilities daily, in positive and supportive work environments. This career path will give all who are interested the opportunity to make an enormous impact on the lives of others. ​​
