The Affordable Care Act requires CMS to collect electronic staffing data from nursing centers. CMS developed the Payroll-Based Journal (PBJ) to collect this data. This AHCA webpage offers the latest CMS data and additional resources, including business vendors that offer services.

Employer.gov was created by the U.S. Department of Labor to provide information about the responsibilities of job creators toward their workers and answer common questions. This compliance assistance tool covers various topics and labor laws enforced by Federal agencies, including OSHA and FLSA.

Office for Civil Rights

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office for Civil Rights (OCR) enforces federal civil rights laws, conscience and religious freedom laws, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rules, and the Patient Safety Act and Rule. National Labor Relations Board

The National Labor Relations Board is an independent federal agency that protects the rights of private sector employees to join together, with or without a union, to improve their wages and working conditions. Review their website to understand the rights of your employees.
