Join us this spring for The CEO Conference

Calling all long term care trailblazers, visionary leaders, and senior executives!

Join us at The Cloister at Sea Island, Georgia, where fifty acres of coastal beauty and world-class hospitality create the perfect backdrop for this year's spring CEO Conference.

Over three dynamic days, you'll connect with fellow C-suite leaders and dive into the key topics shaping the future of long term care, from political and policy updates to leadership strategies and cutting-edge innovations in care models.

What to Expect

Kick off with an insider look at what's happening in Washington through a lively exchange on the state of politics, policy, and the impact on our sector. Then hear from keynote speaker Ryan Hoover, whose extraordinary story of mission-driven care will challenge you to rekindle your why.

Day two kicks off with a session exploring real-world AI companion pilots in memory care and what they reveal about emotional monitoring and workforce support. The morning continues with an interactive session designed to build the new CEO playbook, featuring breakouts on workforce innovation, policy and payment alignment, technology, and what to stop, start, and double down on.

Wednesday afternoon offers a chance to connect with your colleagues on a yacht cruise through Sea Island's waterways, a coastal wildlife bike tour, or an energizing pickleball experience.

Close out the conference on Thursday with an extended session decoding the "alphabet soup" of ACOs, alternative payment models, and CMMI demonstrations that's reshaping how care is delivered and reimbursed.

Keynote Presentation

Tuesday, May 5 | 4:45 PM -5:45 PM

RYAN J. A. HOOVER - RN, NHA Administrator, Mountain View Nursing Home- Aroda, VA

Session Title: Rekindle Your Why Session

Description: What can a 40-bed, Mennonite-church-owned nursing home in rural Virginia teach the leaders of long term care? More than you might expect. Mountain View is a 5-star facility where 80% of care is delivered by volunteers who live together on campus, proving that purpose and excellence go hand in hand. Through stories, statistics, and a deep commitment to service, Ryan will inspire you to reconnect with the values that brought you to this profession, refresh your vision for what's possible, and rekindle your why.

After inspiring AHCA staff at our 2025 retreat, we knew this was a story our CEO audience needed to hear.
