AHCA/NCAL Members  $500 per person
First Timer Member Attendees $400 per person
Additional Member from the same facility: $450 per person
State Executive Member $325 per person
Attendee Non-Member $695 per person
Discounted Quality Examiners $300 per person
One Day Package Pricing $250 per person 
 
 

   

 All registrations include:
  • The opportunity to earn up to 12 CEs.
  • Two breakfasts, luncheon, and two evening networking receptions.
                  


General Information


Substitutions

Substitutions will be allowed up to five (5) calendar days prior to the conference.  Conference registration changes and/or substitutions must be made in writing via fax to (415) 293-4743. (Attn:  AHCA/NCAL Registration), or contact Quality Summit registration 


Cancellations/Refunds

Cancellations received on or before Tuesday, March 5, 2019will be refunded minus a $75.00 administrative fee. Any change or cancellation must be made in writing.


Refunds will not be issued after Tuesday, March 5, 2019. Refunds will be processed within 15 days following the end of the conference. Refunds or credits will not be made on no-shows.


Conference Attire

Business casual attire is suitable for all meetings, sessions, and receptions. Please remember to bring a sweater or jacket for air-conditioned rooms.
