The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) posted updates to the following frequently asked questions/question and answer documents about survey and certification processes in iQIES. Updated documents include:  


All iQIES user manuals, FAQs, and Q&A documents related to survey and certification, CLIA and ePOC are available on the QTSO website. Questions about these documents may be sent to iqies@cms.hhs.gov or regulatory@ahca.org.
