What’s New? Simplified Data Entry for Assisted Living
You asked, and we listened. Based on feedback from assisted living providers, LTC Trend Tracker has been recently updated to remove some identified barriers to participation. Previously, providers had to complete all data fields within the NCAL Measures upload template in order to successfully upload information into LTC Trend Tracker—a challenge for those not tracking every metric within the template. Now, you have the ability to only upload the data you are tracking without receiving an error message for incomplete data. For example, if you’re tracking hospital readmissions, simply provide the number of residents admitted from hospitals. If you are only monitoring falls with injury, enter total falls. This streamlined approach empowers providers to start small and expand over time, making quality improvement more accessible than ever.
