The LTC Workforce Webinar Series has continued this year in support of AHCA/NCAL’s The Better Way policy agenda, to provide you with real-world strategies and practical insights.

Led by provider members, AHCA/NCAL Workforce Committee members, AHCA/NCAL state affiliate staff, and other industry experts, this nine-part series, with more to come in 2026, explores both recruitment and retention best practices to help you strengthen your workforce.
