The deadline for the Assisted Living Salary & Benefits study, conducted by Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS) has been extended to November 30th. The study is supported by NCAL, as well as LeadingAge. Nationally known, the Report is recognized as the standard for reliable and comprehensive compensation data for ALFs/PCFs/RCFs.
The results will report data on 50+ jobs and show salary/hourly rates by unit size, profit type, revenue size, CBSA, state, region, and nationally. Information on 20 fringe benefits will also be reported, including health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k)/403(b) and PTO.

There is no cost to participate in the study. Participants may purchase the results at the reduced price of $175, versus the $350 nonparticipant rate. The results will be published in January 2021.
