HHS has shared several resources for educating and communicating with others about the benefits of vaccination: Older Adults Toolkit Talking Points for Health Care Leaders to Encourage Vaccine Confidence COVID-19 Vaccine Talking Points for Communicating With Older Adults Protect Your Loved Ones by Getting Your Updated COVID-19 Vaccine (Poster) “At Risk” - Campaign advertisement encouraging adults ages 50 and older to get an updated COVID vaccine. In addition, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has developed a COVID-19 Personal Action Plan resource that is designed to assist people in having a conversation with their health care provider about understanding risks, treatment, and precautions to take. This action plan is a short handout that can be provided to residents, staff, and family members to assist them in making an informed decision about their COVID-19 plan of action.
