Submit your 2026 National Quality Award Intent to Apply (ITA) through the Quality Award Portal, which is now open!
We encourage providers who plan to apply for the 2026 National Quality Award Program cycle to submit an ITA before the deadline on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 8 pm ET.
Why Submit an ITA?
Applicants who submit an ITA:
- Save money on their overall application fee.
- Gain access to exclusive resources to assist with the application process.
- Receive important deadline reminders and learn about application best practices.
While submission of an ITA is voluntary, we encourage long term and post-acute care providers to declare their intent to apply.
What Is The Submission Process?- Visit the Quality Award Portal.
- Login using your designated username and password.
- Navigate to your center's dashboard and select Payment to submit your Intent to Apply.
