HHS Request for Provider Relief Fund Supporting Financial Information COVID-19; CMS Published:August 31, 2020 firstname.lastname@example.org Page ContentThe Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has released letters to some providers indicating they had not submitted financial information needed for Phase 1 Provider Relief Fund (PRF) documentation. Please note not all providers received the transmittal. HHS indicates the information must be submitted in order to remain in compliance with the PRF Terms and Conditions. When providers have contacted the Provider Support Line, operators have indicated the letters were sent in error and to disregard them. However, AHCA/NCAL staff contacted HHS. The PRF Team indicated the letters do require financial information to be submitted and should not be disregarded. If you received a letter requesting such information, the data is due Sunday, Sept. 13, 2020 at 11:59 PM Eastern. AHCA/NCAL has requested that HHS issue follow up notifications and issue corrected information to the Provider Support Line.
