Based on a Delphi Consensus Panel, the JAMA Network Open recently released an article on recommendations for assisted living. The article identifies a need to improve training for any staff on infection prevention and control, with over 97 percent of the panel indicating its importance. In addition, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) released the COVID-19 setting specific considerations for assisted living and other residential care facilities.
