This week is your last chance to apply for the AHCA/NCAL Diversity Executive Leadership Program (DELP). We're inviting 15 leaders from underrepresented groups in long term care to join a two-year program of growth, networking, and leadership development within the AHCA/NCAL community.
If you're a mid- to senior-level or C-suite professional with a vision for leadership and a drive to make a significant impact, DELP is for you. We are offering access to premier AHCA/NCAL events, educational sessions, and mentorship opportunities to enhance your career and foster diversity in LTC.
Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Belong to a defined underrepresented identity group.
- Currently employed as a mid- to senior-level or C-suite professional at an AHCA/NCAL member skilled nursing facility, assisted living community, or Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (ICFs/IID).
- Possess a minimum of three years' experience in mid- to senior-level long-term care management positions or at least one year as a C-suite executive.
- Demonstrate professional, volunteer, or civic/community leadership experience.
