Medicare e-Appeal Portal Is Now Available

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals (OMHA) announced that providers can now file Level 3 Medicare appeals online.   

As of December 15, 2021, the OMHA e-Appeal Portal (Portal) is now available, allowing providers to: 

  • Securely submit requests for hearing for Medicare Part A and B appeals. 
  • Securely upload documentation to new and existing appeals. 
  • ​Obtain information on appeal status.  
OMHA states there are many benefits to using the Portal, including:  
  • Accessing appeal status anytime.    
  • Uploading or obtaining information online at your convenience. 
  • ​Uploading electronic files more efficiently than sending printed documents through the mail.  
​The Portal is now available to the entire appellant community. To register and begin submitting requests for hearing and other documentation, visit the Portal at http://hhs-ecape-portal.entellitrak.com.
