Memory care providers say that how families and volunteers were relied on to play a bigger role when activities and services were reduced in scope during the pandemic was cut short because of visitor limitations, Provider reports.
“Going forward from the pandemic, we need to rethink our visitation policies in long term care facilities to recognize some visitors are more than just visitors; they are a
