The submission deadline for the Minimum Data Set (MDS) data for the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Quality Reporting Program (QRP) is fast approaching. MDS assessment data for October 1 – December 31 (Q4) of calendar year (CY) 2023 are due by this submission deadline.
All data must be submitted no later than 11:59 PM on May 15, 2024.
It is recommended that providers run the Internet Quality Improvement and Evaluation System (iQIES) analysis SNF QRP Provider Threshold Report prior to each quarterly reporting deadline (at a minimum), to ensure that all required data has been submitted. This report allows providers to monitor their compliance status for the SNF QRP by fiscal year.
