Employee benefits cost containment strategies are getting more difficult with consolidations and fewer network options. However, less costly options for ACA-compliant plans do exist.
AHCA/NCAL is hosting a free webinar titled Employee Benefit Cost Containment Strategies on Wednesday, October 23 at 2 p.m. EDT. Nick Cianci, President of Compass Total Benefit Solutions, will discuss how to utilize Medicare Reference Based Pricing (MRBP) to help reign in employee health insurance spends.
Attendees will learn about:
- What Medicare Reference Based Pricing is and how MRBP works with health care providers.
- What Minimum Value Plans offer and how they work for employees and their families.
- Other health coverage options such as Minimum Essential Coverage plans.
