Quality; Programs and Resources; Research and Data

The College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) invites long term and post-acute care (LT-PAC) providers, including SNFs, to participate in the 2023 Digital Health Most Wired (DHMW) Survey. The Most Wired survey and certification program serves as a comprehensive “Digital Health Check-Up” for healthcare organizations.  As success in digital health increasingly determines the quality of patient care, the scope of the CHIME Digital Health Most Wired survey reflects the progress of leading health care providers as they reinvent health care for a new century.

The online survey is scheduled to close June 6, 2023.

As a participant in the Digital Health Most Wired Survey, organizations receive complimentary access to a private portal through Digital Health Analytics, where CHIME has several resources available to help an organization’s support its drive towards digital transformation.  These resources include:

  • Access your organization’s latest Digital Health Most Wired Survey reports, including the National Trends Reports.
  • Query the DHMW database across CHIME’s pre-designed, customizable reports. Providers are allowed three (3) reports per account. Participate in surveys created by peers and from other industry sources.
  • Access digital media content in the form of infographics, webinars, podcasts, case studies, research reports, trend studies, and media supplements concentrated on the designated segments of the Digital Health Most Wired Survey.
