Programs and Resources; Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF)

The Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health in Nursing Facilities (COE-NF) grant ended September 29, 2025. COE-NF training and resources are accessible via two websites:

Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) website. This site only includes a subset of the COE-NF printable pdf materials.
Alliant Health Solutions continues to support public access to the COE-NF resources and training videos on www.nursinghomebehavioralhealth.org for at least one year. At this time, they will continue to host this site through September 2026.
