Tip 3 - Building Customer Relationships.  

The third tip in the "7 Tips for Perform​ance Improvement" series, where you will be practicing Baldrige in no time is, Building Customer Relationships. Understand that relationships are between people not organizations.

Have a customer complaint process that is responsive, timely and closes the loop. Communicate with customers in a way that makes them feel like you're communicating with them directly. Use focus groups to really understand customer expectations.
