Designed for long term care and assisted living providers at every level, this three-day conference brings together the brightest minds in the profession to share insights, strategies, and innovations that drive real results.

And this year, we're raising the bar.

A Whole New Experience

Forget passive presentations. This year features elevated, interactive sessions specially designed for long term care providers on their journey toward excellence. Hear directly from representatives on what's coming down the pipeline, plus nationally recognized experts breaking down reimbursement trends, clinical best practices, regulatory changes, and the trends shaping the future of long term care. This is the insight that will position your organization to stay ahead of change and deliver the best possible care.

Your People Are Here

Three days of fireside chats, expert Q&As, and candid conversations with the peers and providers who get it. This is where ideas spark, partnerships form, and real solutions emerge.
