This week, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services transitioned to the Internet Quality Improvement and Evaluation System (iQIES) for Minimum Data Set (MDS) record submissions and reports. All new, modifications, or inactivation requests must be submitted into iQIES, even if the original record was accepted into the QIES ASAP system.
