The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Board of Overseers (BOO) is seeking nominations and self-nominations for their upcoming election process. The 12-member BOO has oversight over key functions and the strategic direction of the program.
The selection process emphasizes the following:
- Expertise in continuous quality improvement of the long-term and post-acute care field;
- Experience and commitment to the Quality Award Program or other similar programs; and
- Diversity in background, experience and representation.
Newly elected BOO members will serve a three-year term beginning in January 2021. The deadline to submit a nomination is October 5, 2020 and to submit a self-nomination is November 5, 2020.
