Launching in conjunction with NALW this year is the
Assisted Living Policy & Procedure Manual. This new resource, developed by NCAL, is a manual of general policies, procedures, and forms and is designed to be customized and modified to match the needs of different settings and organizations. This manual can be updated as needs and systems change and is a valuable resource to have on-hand.
