Gerald Cosey will be the keynote presenter and is the operational leadership development director for American Senior Communities (ASC). Cosey trains and develops leaders for over 90 skilled nursing and assisted living communities and oversees ASC’s Administrator in Training Program.

Cosey recently served as executive director of Greenwood Meadows, a skilled nursing facility operated by ASC. His facility earned a 2019 American Health Care Association’s Silver Quality Award. He also serves as faculty for the AHCA/NCAL Leadership Academy and its Diversity Executive Leadership Program.
