LTC Trend Tracker Releases New CoreQ Customer Satisfaction Report

LTC Trend Tracker recently released its newest customizable report - the CoreQ Customer Satisfaction Report. This report provides assisted living and skilled nursing users the ability to view how the questions within the CoreQ surveys were answered on a question-by-question basis. Using this report will better equip providers in understanding their overall customer satisfaction and focus on the areas that need the most improvement to provide higher quality of care.  

This report includes the 17 CoreQ Customer Satisfaction metrics, with the primary source of information coming from CoreQ surveys. The headers the metrics fall under within the report are as follows – 

  • CoreQ Short-Stay Survey 
    • Patient Satisfaction Survey 
  • CoreQ Long-Stay Survey 
    • Resident Satisfaction Survey 
    • Family Satisfaction Survey 
  • CoreQ Assisted Living Survey 
    • Resident Satisfaction Survey 
    • Family Satisfaction Survey 

To access this report, all registered users of LTC Trend Tracker​ will need to click on the “Run a Report” link that is located at the top of the left control panel and select the “CoreQ Customer Satisfaction Report.”

Like other reports in LTC Trend Tracker, registered users can choose to customize the CoreQ Customer Satisfaction report, as well as build, save, and schedule this report directly in their LTC Trend Tracker profile.
