For more than a decade, Long Term Care (LTC) Trend Tracker℠ has helped AHCA/NCAL members turn data into actionable insights. Now, after 13 years, we’re excited to introduce a new chapter for this valuable member resource. Beginning August 27, 2026, LTC Trend Tracker will feature a redesigned user interface that brings a fresh, modern experience to the platform.
A Fresh Look for a Trusted Member Resource
LTC Trend Tracker has long served as a one-stop shop for skilled nursing and assisted living providers looking to understand their performance, benchmark against their peers, and support ongoing quality improvement. Thousands of skilled nursing centers and assisted living communities use LTC Trend Tracker as an AHCA/NCAL member benefit. The platform helps providers move beyond simply collecting data to understanding what that information means for their organization, their teams, and ultimately, the residents they serve.
As the needs of LTC providers have evolved, so has the way we interact with data and technology. The new LTC Trend Tracker interface brings a fresh, modern experience to the platform while continuing to provide members with the valuable data, reports, and insights they rely on.
The Data You Rely On—Presented in a New Way
While LTC Trend Tracker may look different, its purpose remains the same: helping members use data to drive performance and improve quality.
LTC Trend Tracker brings important information together in one central location, allowing members to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and understand how their organization compares with peers.
Skilled nursing providers can access data from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and a wide range of quality, Five-Star, survey, staffing, financial, and other measures. Assisted living providers can upload and track key quality metrics such as falls and use those results to better understand their performance over time.
Members can also use LTC Trend Tracker to:
- Benchmark performance against peers
- Monitor quality and operational trends
- Access customized dashboards and reports
- Track progress on key quality measures
- Download data and reports to engage leadership, staff, and other stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement
- And more!
The new interface is designed to make accessing these capabilities a more streamlined experience.
