NCAL Day offers that opportunity.
For one day, the focus is entirely on assisted living. Sessions explore clinical leadership, resident wellness, connected care, rehabilitation, reducing hospitalizations, and value-based care. Along the way, you'll hear insights on leadership, celebrate 25 years of NCAL and 20 years of NCAL Day, and spend time with colleagues who understand the work you do every day.
The experience doesn't end when NCAL Day concludes. The dedicated Assisted Living Track continues throughout Delivering Solutions 26 (DS26), giving you the opportunity to build on the learning from NCAL Day while exploring additional topics, visiting the Expo Hall, and connecting with colleagues from across long term care.
