There is a particular energy to NCAL Day. It starts when you arrive and reconnect with colleagues. It builds as keynotes and education spark ideas. It carries into the hallways, over lunch, and into the closing reception. For one full day, everything is centered on assisted living.
The program focuses on the issues shaping the field and what comes next. Sessions explore leadership, workforce, resident wellness, connected care, and better outcomes. Keynotes examine what it takes to lead through change and build strong teams. Conversations with colleagues and industry leaders give you a chance to compare experiences, dig into what works, and consider how an approach might translate to your community.
This year, we have so much to celebrate. Over a special lunch, we will mark NCAL’s 25th anniversary and 20 years of NCAL Day. Then keep the energy going at our first NCAL Day Networking Reception. Find the person whose question stayed with you, continue a conversation from earlier, or meet someone new. That connection may spark an idea or grow into a collaboration that continues beyond NCAL Day.
