OSHA is currently contemplating a new rulemaking on Workplace Violence in Healthcare and Social Service Settings. OSHA has included this rulemaking and panel in its Regulatory Agenda and publicly stated that it plans to convene this SBAR/SBREFA on Workplace Violence in Healthcare and Social Service Settings in the very near future. Here is a link to further information from OSHA’s website about what a SBAR/SBREFA panel entails (Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act of 1996 (SBREFA) | Occupational Safety and Health Administration (osha.gov)
