Without Congressional action, important physician telehealth services would no longer be available for Medicare beneficiaries in many parts of the country, and beneficiaries nationwide would no longer be able to receive telehealth services from physical and occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other services currently available. CMS has posted a Telehealth FAQ Calendar Year 2025 document that discusses those telehealth policies that will expire on March 31 without Congressional action, and those that will remain under other policy provisions.
