The Vision Centre, which AHCA/NCAL is a strong supporter of, is once again holding its regional forums across the country this Spring. These forums are unique one day gatherings of progressive senior living providers, partners, and universities focused on growing senior living leadership academic programs.
The goals of the forum are to gain increased awareness, share best practices around developing future leaders, including field experiences, and to expand and improve partner relationships with universities.
These forums, which will have representatives from a variety of states, will provide a great dialogue to continue to build the senior living and aging services leadership talent pipeline we all know is needed for the future.
